Pharmaceutical Law

One of AVA's core areas of practice is Pharmaceutical Law, in which some of the AVA lawyers have been working for over a decade, thus consolidating a great experience and know-how in this very specific field of law.

AVA regularly and continuously provides general legal advice, also comprising dispute resolution, to several pharmaceuticals, including on trademarks and pharmaceutical products patents, clinical trials, medicines marketing authorizations, also intervening in the drafting and negotiation of distribution and licensing and other commercial medicine agreements.
