Intellectual Property Law

AVA's team possesses a solid experience in Intellectual Property Law, acting on a broad range of matters which include, amongst others, giving advice in Industrial Property (trademarks, patents, utility models, unfair competition rights, domain names, logos, designs and models) and in Copyright Law, namely through the drafting of agreements related with the creation, use, licensing and assignment of copyright and related rights including the corresponding disputes (either judicial or by arbitration). The specialist degree in Intellectual Property granted by the Portuguese Bar Association to one of AVA's members contributes to give this area a particular relevance within AVA's areas of practice.
