Dispute Resolution

Dispute resolution is common to all areas of practice to which AVA is devoted. However, it is worth pointing out that AVA's lawyers experience includes the advice in both pre-dispute and dispute phases, including arbitration, while litigating to assure the defence of intellectual property rights, with a special regard to trademarks and patents and specifically corporate litigation.
