AVA has an experienced and skilled fully prepared team to give legal advice in all areas of Commercial and Corporate Law, including commercial contracts (distribution, agency, franchising and others), and on general corporate matters, as well as full and extensive advice on merger and acquisitions, joint ventures and other types of related deals and agreements.

The advice in the various commercial and corporate matters extends to the legal advice by some of the AVA members on the corresponding disputes (either judicial or by arbitration) namely in what concerns commercial agreements and corporate disputes (civil liability suits brought against corporate bodies members, suits relative to companies resolutions, etc).
